We were thrilled with our experience with LHS. Stephanie visited initially when we were starting the process and gave us a comprehensive list of items to consider, small improvements, etc., and we accomplished many of the tasks ourselves. A year later, once we finally purchased a home and were ready to sell ours, Stephanie checked in with us to update the list and we agreed on the staging package. I'm so happy I spent the money for the complete package! The house looked amazing and it reduced my stress. Sarika and Stephanie were always quick with communication. When I expressed a concern, they listened and addressed my issue quickly. Our house sold FAST for over-asking and I truly believe that they staging was part of it. I highly recommend their team.
